Job Summary
You will provide a support service to the Human Resources Department to enable an efficient, effective and confidential administration of projects
Duties of the Post Holder (but not limited to)
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR project change delivery
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Uploading of historic training certificates onto new ERP system
- Uploading employee qualifications onto new ERP system
- Checking for accuracy of Human Resource records and structures on the new ERP system
- Creating training certificates for Operational Plant
- When requested, compile and summarise information for reports
- Work closely with HR team to support project administration delivery
- Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality, security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for a duration of 6 months.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Database experience
- Good office 365 knowledge
- Have high attention to detail and superior standard of accuracy, numeracy and literacy
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with confidential information
