Here at Telford Hallwe provide an exceptional standard of specialist nursing palliativeand dementia care to our residents with a particular focus onnurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead afulfilling and meaningfullife.

Led by a highlyexperienced management team our dedicated staff are committed andpassionate about what they do and how they support our wonderfulresidents. Through an inspiring Activities programme and stronglinks with the local community we encourage our residents to forgerelationships and friendships that will create a thriving homeenvironment.

Please notethere will be some weekend shifts as part of that working week tobe discussed withmanager.

As aClinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall your role willinvolve:

  • Taking thelead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care areprovided to resident alltimes
  • Supporting theClinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager intheir absence
  • Offer supervisionsupport and training to Nurse Senior Carer and Care Assistantcolleagues
  • Ensuring at all timesa safe caring stimulating and homely environment for residents andtheir visitors

What arewe lookingfor

  • Applicantsshould be dedicated proactive and trustworthy RGN’s orRMN’s with proven supervisory experience and eitherexperience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing homeenvironment
  • Excellentcommunication and leadership skills are essential as are anenthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest inthe professional development of themselves andothers
  • Must be a RegisteredNurse holding a valid NMCpin
