Should be able to independently handle CRT/VPI plant Should have thorough knowledge of CRT/VPI process Should be responsible for planning & monitoring of daily production as per integrated manufacturing plan so as to

meet the deadlines on time

Positive Reinforcement for productivity improvement, bottle-neck elimination & process quality improvement Should focus on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Cost, Delivery (PQSCD) Responsible for reduction in process cycle time, implementation of Kaizens, OPL, improvement projects Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA Should have better understanding of ISO documents and audits Should be well acquainted with Oracle BE/BTech with 3-4 years of relevant experience
