As the largest independent optical group in South Wales, Julian Davies Opticians are also at the forefront of the shared care services across the region. This visionary group are operating Glaucoma ODTCs for Aneurin Bevan Health Board, as well as delivering an IP service, each practice provides low vision clinics and a comprehensive range of contact lens fitting (Including Myopia management) services. Julian Davies Opticians has shown considerable growth over recent years, including the takeover of Bateman opticians.

With all that said, the group is now looking for a tenacious and outgoing Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to operate the newly refitted Llandaff practice, championing the wider groups innovation and community focused drive.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to join us in leading the team to delivering outstanding patient care.

You will be an integral part of our leadership team here, helping us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.

We are also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first, and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs.

Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.

Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.
