About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to join our team at Julian Davies Opticians. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving our service offering forward.

As a Dispensing Optician Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clinicians and support staff to provide outstanding patient care. You will be responsible for leading the team to deliver clinical excellence and customer service, while also promoting our brand and profession within the local community.

We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and is passionate about delivering high-quality eye care services. You will be an ambassador for our brand and profession, educating others about the benefits of independent eye care and working collaboratively with our team to drive innovation and improvement.

As a Dispensing Optician Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to regular CPD courses and a range of benefits, including your birthday off work, no Sunday or bank holiday working, and free and regular CPD courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver clinical excellence and customer service
  • Drive our service offering forward, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote our brand and profession within the local community
  • Provide a friendly, informative, and empathetic service to patients
  • Educate others about the benefits of independent eye care
