What you'll be doing:

Devising Tactics: defining the role of Social Talent (Creators, Influencers or Celebrities) during key strategy phases for our clients, by translating overarching strategy and creative strategy into Creator distribution tactics and a clear creative direction (brief) for creators.

Casting: sourcing the right partners for our clients based on their relevance to the brief at hand, brand alignment and key metrics.
Relationship Management: outreach, negotiation and budget management, including contracting (alongside our legal team). Responsible for building a strong working relationship with the relevant talent representatives and giving them a strong experience of collaborating with Born Social.
Managing the execution of our creator campaigns: ensuring all content produced by talent meets the brands objectives, guidance in the brief and client expectations before it is published, making sure all campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time.
Client Communication: joining client meetings or pitches where specific input from Influence is required, reporting on status and/or presenting key activity. Proactively spotting opportunities for growth of the Influence offering across clients and collaborating with Client Services to deliver on this.
Reporting: collaborating with Media Planners and Social Media Managers to ensure we are capturing the performance of our organic output and drawing insights from the data. 
Leading: leadership of Influence/Social Media Managers and Influence/ Social Media Executives, ensuring they are developing professionally and personally through leadership of weeklies, monthlies, performance reviews and output review.
Output and Operations Development: supporting the Director of Influence in identifying areas for improvement across our Influence offering and sharing solutions to address this (from updating and writing up processes, coaching other teams, running educational sessions, etc.)
Hiring : actively contributing to the hiring of new Influence Managers and Executives, assessing candidates at task stage and making informed decisions based on candidates technical potential.

You have a track record of delivering seamless creator led campaigns, and a strong history of working relationships with creators and their talent representatives, with a network of key talent agencies to tap into.
You have extensive knowledge of the current creator landscape, and able to educate others on how best to harness it. Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
You are excited by the opportunity to build our creator offering - able to work in a small and agile team to build something from scratch.
Highly organised: social is fast, theres a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection.
Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
You'll have three to five years of experience working with creators (agency-side preferable).
