We have a uniqueopportunity to join our Group Sustainability Team playing a critical role insupport of the sustainable sourcing initiatives.

Data and Reporting

The Sustainable Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for datamanagement, reporting systems, and performance metrics against our internal andexternal milestone targets. This will include:

Work across the global procurement function, group sustainability, and other functional teams to create systems to enable Croda to measure, action, and achieve its sustainable sourcing targets.
Communicate progress against targets to Global Head of Procurement and Sustainable Sourcing, Group Sustainability, and key Executive Committees.
Work with Sustainable Sourcing Manager and Group Sustainability team to prepare results reporting for quarterly Board reports and the Annual Sustainability Impact Report.
Work within SAP and Qlik data and reporting systems to automate sustainability reporting. Ensure data completeness and accuracy.
The current milestone reporting priorities include: supplier EcoVadis assessments, supplier commitments to carbon reduction, certified feedstock purchasing, bio-based materials and land use.

Key Projects
The Sustainable Sourcing Specialist will support the following keyglobal projects for Croda:

Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) – Data capture for raw materials purchases. This will include the rollout of the Together for Sustainability (TfS) data capture platform as well as working with the Croda carbon app.
Ingredients Transparency (ITP – Data capture for suppliers and raw materials purchases using ComplAI as the supplier interface solution.
European Deforestation Regulations (EUDR) – Data and due diligence assurance for Croda, Croda supplier, and Croda customer compliance to the new regulations. EcoVadis Supplier Assessments – Deep dive into EcoVadis assessments and how the information can be used to measure supplier performance against a range of program metrics. Supply Chain Reviews and Assessments – Provide data and insights needed for supply chain reviews and external assessments. This includes provision of annual information to BSR Transitions for the annual palm supply chain review. When results are received, prepare recommendations to improve Croda performance.

External Partnerships

Participate and/or lead workstream projects with Together for Sustainability. Engage Croda teams to participate with TfS to raise the profile of Croda and share best practices with industry peers.
Participate in external partner and industry events to showcase Croda sustainability and bring insights back to the Croda teams.
