We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable person to join our passionate Kitchen and Beer Hall team at our amazing location at Everards Meadows, as a Kitchen Team Leader (Junior Sous Chef).

Various shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Main duties/responsibilities will include:   

  • To be the responsible person on shift when the Kitchen Manager, Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef are not present, and to cover the duties of the sous chef when required.
  • Ensure the Kitchen is compliant and cleaning standards are high and that we keep achieving the highest hygiene rating.
  • Keeping up to date with the menu and have input with new menu ideas.  
  • Produce high quality food.

  • Be friendly with a good work ethic. 
  • A strong team player. 
  • Calm, patient, polite and respectful.
  • Possess good customer service skills. 
  • Have excellent communication abilities.
