Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of

collaborative working with our working with our colleagues often 2 days per week in one of our offices . More office-based working may be required during project rollouts or when we have a higher number of users in the office.

You and Your Team:

In this position, which reports to our Senior Reward Manager, you will create, analyse, and manage reward data in addition to overseeing the daily administration of all reward benchmarking, survey, and review procedures.

You will provide First line support/resolution for day to day benefit administration and reward inquiries.

In your day-to-day role, as a Reward Analyst, you will:

Support the Senior Reward Manager on the review, design and delivery of reward initiatives across the bank, including assistance on salary and bonus review processes Be responsible for creating data and inputting into the design and delivery of compensation awards and reward schemes that have very significant budget impact – accuracy and attention to detail vital Provide First line support of day to day reward and benefits queries, building out robust reward processes. Use the agreed methodology, deliver day to day benchmarking analysis, support People and the wider business by analysing benchmarking results and highlighting specific functional /role trends and/or other areas requiring further review. Escalate benchmarking results and information as appropriate for further review. Maintain and submit survey data to WTW and other providers as appropriate, build and maintain effective working relationships with survey and information providers Operate with relative autonomy within agreed parameters. Can advise/resolve decisions and questions that fall within the agreed parameters/policy without further escalation, but is required to escalate new/non-policy items to the Senior Reward Manager or Head of Reward with recommendations for resolution.

What will make you stand out?

Proven experience of data analysis and interpretation – including the production of MI reports, charts and graphs Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to demonstrate proficiency with simple formulae Demonstrable understanding of the Reward Function It would be beneficial to have previous experience of compensation benchmarking survey submission and analysis. Previous experience of resolving employee and business manager questions and queries related to reward scheme elements and/or MI data
