Step into the role as Partners & Projects Marketing Coordinator

You will be a part of the Multi Channel Marketing team and be a key part of supporting the marketing, planning and activation for Licenced Partners, Wholesale, Events and Shows.


What to expect from a day to day perspective:

Support both the Senior Channel Activation Manager and Senior Campaign Manager in planning and executing the campaign and activation plan for Licensed Partners and Wholesale and support brand activations such as shows and events. Work with a matrix team including Licencing, Wholesale, Campaign, Shows, Social and Creative to deliver the campaign plans. Support with delivery of events such as key calendar moments, Christmas and Shows together with the Stores & Events Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Assistant. Attend key shows to help the team deliver marketing activations to be 'best in class'. Support with post launch analysis with a focus on Licence and Wholesale and make recommendations for future activations. Act as a brand guardian undertaking Wholesale partner store reviews and supporting POS packs for key partners. Provide support to the Wholesale team with seasonal sell in marketing requirements. Provide support to the Licencing team for partner activations and events.

Location:

This will be a full time role, Monday to Friday based at our beautiful Joules Head Office affectionately known as ‘The Barn’ - in Market Harborough. You will need to be able to be regularly present in the office - 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.

Due to the nature of the role, there will be some occasional weekend and evening work required; we are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, can get the job done and can plan ahead of time. In return, we offer the opportunity for flexible working, remote working and compressed hours

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you:

To really shine within the role of Partners & Projects Marketing Coordinator you must have some experience in a similar role. Retail or Events Marketing Experience. Fashion / Retail background with an interest in the competitive landscape. Strong business sense and analytical capacity with an eye for detail. Commercial understanding to inform decision making and project briefing.  A creative flair and ability to think of new ideas and creative projects being able to "think outside of the box" to come up with new ways to achieve our goals. Able to work cross-functionally and build strong rapport and relationships across teams. Flexible in approach with a willingness to adapt and work in a quick paced, changing environment.
