Ideal Candidate
- Experience as an Assitant Store Manager in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environment
- Motivated by results, aiming for high standards, and excelling in customer service.
- High attention to detail, understanding company procedures, and delivering clear instructions.
- Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of home and nearby stores.
- Proactive, solution-focused, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a target-driven team.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Deputize for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all procedures and compliance.
- Implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
- Maximize exceptional sales results through a well-defined operating plan.
- Drive the team to exceed targets, setting clear goals.
- Complete daily stock ordering to ensure store availability.
