UI Designer

Note: Candidate needs to be in office 3days in a week

Musthave:

• Strong knowledge ofsoftware standards and best practices in delivery of complexusercentric IT solutions.
• Experience withdefect management lifecycle and tools such as Jira
• Knowledge and experience of digital dealer registrationprocesses and systems is an asset
• Experiencewith creating wireframes prototypes
• Handsonexperience with modern UI design frameworks and leveraging ofdesign standards experience with Figma is preferred.

Description

Responsibilities: Create visual design solutions thataddress business requirements Create screen layouts interfacesnavigation components Work closely with user experience (UX)designers and other design specialists Ensure that every page andevery step a user will experience in their interaction with thefinished product will conform to the overall vision created by UXdesigners Conceive and conduct user research interviews and surveysand translating them into sitemaps user flows customer journey mapswireframes mockups and prototypes General Skills: Experiencetranslating creating improving and using wireframes prototypesstyle guides user flows and effectively communicate interactionideas that lead to intuitive user experiences that are optimizedfor a wide range of devices and interfaces. Experience designingand shaping unique usercentric products and experiences. Experiencefacilitating the clients product vision by researching conceivingsketching prototyping and usertesting experiences for digitalproducts Make deliberate design decisions and translate any givenuserexperience journey into a smooth and intuitive interactionExperience designing the overall functionality of the product andin order to ensure a great user experience iterating upon it inaccordance with usertesting. Experience collaborating closely withdevelopers copywriters and UX designers Experience presenting anddefending design decisions to team and management Ability to thinkcreatively and to rationalize concepts to management. Knowledge ofuser interface design principles and best practices Experienceidentifying design problems and devising elegant solutionsExperience making strategic design and userexperience decisionsrelated to core and new functions and features Manage workflow anddeadlines on multiple simultaneous projects A team player with atrack record for meeting deadlines managing competing prioritiesand client relationship management experience Desirable Skills:Design experience gained either within a design firm advertisingagency or inhouse marketing department Knowledge of networksecurity and network protocols
