About the role

As (Sr) Product Quality Manager - GaN (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for enabling our growth by supporting all quality aspects involved. You will ensure flawless execution of qualification programs and sustaining quality for GaN new technology and product introductions through effective leadership of a dedicated team of Product Quality Engineers.

What you will do

Drive quality performance to meet customer / market requirements, meeting benchmark quality expectations at product release

Lead customer quality communications, balancing quality needs, supply constraints and financial impact, to support design-win to grow sales

Lead the business impact arising from quality issues & complaints, ensuring strong technical risk assessment and effective corrective actions

Improve procedures and add new methods to reduce systemic issues.

Build and lead a high performance team.

What you will need

University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Background in electronics, with knowledge of semiconductor technologies, ideally in GaN development, manufacturing, and reliability

Experience in semiconductor qualification processes for all market segments, ranging from consumer to automotive.

High engagement on achieving targets and objectives of the position

Pragmatic and solution-driven leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels

High energy and drive with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Strong language skills, ideally in both English & German, with excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel as required.
