Essential experience
You must have field sales experience and have been selling/specifying products to the new home building industry; having sold to house builders as the focus of your current or previous recent field sales role - as you need to have up-to-date relevant contactsyou can bring to add to their existing contacts and business.
Valid Driver's License.
Product Experience
You should ideally have sold a design led visible product within the Interiors, KBBT or Construction sector.
Personal Profile
The focus for the person coming on board is new business development, from both the existing customers and from new house builders; so the attitude, the individual, personality, and potential of the person coming to do this role is very important.
Previous CRM experience, or high level of IT proficiency.
**Is the role right for you?**
The role responsible for business development and account management of all house builder accounts in the region. Actively developing new business from current and prospective house builders.
You will be working for a manufacturer of high end, design led products, with a strong product portfolio used in the Interiors/KBBT/Construction sector; securing contracts, and creating value for national and regional house builders, to establish & in orderto secure long term business relationships.
**Package**
Basic salary up to £45,000 + OTE of £58-60,000 (can earn over this)
