GKN Aerospace is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van onderdelen voor vliegtuigen en helikopters voor zowel de civiele als voor de militaire luchtvaart. Dit varieert van landingsgestellen, onderdelen voor motoren en vleugels, staartstukken, kerosinetanks en bekabelingssystemen. De financiële organisatie is als volgt ingedeeld:
Site control: Finance business partners en program support controllers; Reporting: Reporting controllers; Accounting: Accounting control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Team Cash, Team GL accounting en senior accountants. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): FP&A Analysts;Jouw rol
Je zal onderdeel zijn van het Finance team dat in Papendrecht gevestigd is (Fokker Elmo divisie). De werkzaamheden zullen vooral betrekking hebben op de hierboven genoemde Site Control en FP&A functie binnen Finance. Denk aan maandelijkse rapportages, maandafsluitingen, operationele (1 jaar) en strategische plannen (10 jaar), procesbeschrijvingen en ad-hoc analyses. Naast je werk krijg je de vrijheid om aan je stage opdrachten te werken.
Je leerproces
Na je stage op ons kantoor ben je dichterbij je doel om een mooie carrière in Finance tegemoet te gaan. Je krijgt veel aspecten van de financiële organisatie binnen een grote internationale onderneming te zien. Je leert veel over het bouwen, organiseren en analyseren in Excel. We geven jou echt de kans om waarde toe te voegen aan ons team en je rapportages worden daadwerkelijk gebruikt voor controlling en besluitvorming. Je gaat ook leren om te werken met onze reporting tools OneStream en TM1. Voor jou is dit een mooie kans om zo vroeg in je carrière al deze ervaringen op te doen.

Je bent een derdejaars student van een financieel gerelateerde studie die zoekt naar een uitdagende stage bij een internationale organisatie. Basiskennis van Excel is een pre, maar tijdens je stage helpen wij je om je Excel-skills verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent proactief en je kan goed zelfstandig te werk gaan.
