Medior Project Manager eruit?

Als Medior Project Manager werk je voor de ‘champions league’ van merken, met klanten in zowel binnen- als buitenland. Je werkt hierbij samen met professionals die zich net als jij helemaal thuis voelen in een organisatie met gepassioneerde merkexperts. In je rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren en managen van merkveranderings- en verbeteringsprojecten bij gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers. De baan houdt in dat je niet alleen zorgt voor succesvolle implementatie op alle huisstijldragers – van digitaal tot het creëren van merkbeleving in en rondom gebouwen en andere offline merkdragers – maar ook dat deze continu worden onderhouden, beheerd en geëvalueerd.

Je hebt de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Je werkt intensief samen met design-/communicatieadviesbureaus en opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast fungeer je als adviseur en klankbord voor de opdrachtgever. Je onderhoudt je contacten met diverse (potentiële) leveranciers. Je stelt samen met andere Projectmanagers en/of Business Directors projectgroepen samen. Je stelt – in overleg met een Business Director – plannen van aanpak op voor projecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van opdrachten en ontwikkeling van opdrachten bij bestaande opdrachtgevers. Je ziet en benut kansen om andere vormen van dienstverlening te ontwikkelen en te vermarkten bij onze opdrachtgevers. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers op tactisch-operationeel niveau. Daarbij kun je je eigen toepassen en implementeren en merkconcepten omzetten naar de praktijk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor concrete resultaten met betrekking tot tijd, financiën, informatie, organisatie en kwaliteit.

Wie ben jij?

In de afgelopen jaren heb je in de praktijk kennis en ervaring opgedaan als projectmanager. Nu is het tijd om je verder te ontwikkelen en je opgedane kennis toe te passen in uitdagende merkveranderings- en verbeteringstrajecten. Jouw profiel voldoet aan de volgende kenmerken:

Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding. Je hebt tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring in zakelijke dienstverlening en/of communicatie in een soortgelijke functie. Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift (Duits en Frans is een pre). Je hebt een goede beheersing van MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Je hebt kennis van/affiniteit met corporate brand identity en communicatie. Je hebt een visie op het vakgebied en je eigen ontwikkeling daarin. Je bent accuraat, pro-actief, gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en pragmatisch. Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken en delegeren. Je denkt probleemoplossend en je kunt omgaan met de dagelijkse dynamiek van een uitdagende rol met meerdere projecten. Je hebt commerciële affiniteit en een ondernemende geest. Je hebt goede communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden, bent empathisch en sensitief.
