Here at settle we are looking for an Assistant management accountant. This role is key in providing support to our Finance colleagues and various parts of the business.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Analyse financial and non-financial records
- Prepare journals, system and account reconciliations for review.
- Operate with transparency and ensure excellent record keeping for audit trail
- Prepare financial information for internal and external reporting
- Prepare and present management accounts and reports to the relevant internal stakeholders in the business
- Support the management reporting process
- Provide year-end support
We are looking for someone who has...
- Methodical, organised, efficient and effective with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in basic accounting, preparing journals and reconciliations
- Familiar with month end processes
- Previously worked with budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills
- Studying towards a CCAB accountancy qualification
- Social Housing experience is desirable not essential
