Our Bardon office is at the heart of all things NRS Healthcare. It's where our support functions are based, but more than that, it's where our exec teams come together to make key decisions for us to progress and grow as a business. We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join the team here, to enable the smooth running of our Bardon offices.

The Role: As our Office Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Bardon Head Office and associated sites. Your responsibilities will range from overseeing reception services to managing maintenance, security, and administrative systems. You'll be the driving force behind implementing office policies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and environmental sustainability. Moreover, you'll lead initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and integrate them into the fabric of our workplace culture.

This is a newly created role which will be integral to the professional and efficient setup of our Bardon office.

Due to the nature of the role, the majority of your time will be spent in the Bardon office location which is situated near Coalville in Leicestershire.
