Day/ Night Team Leader  at  M&S, Gatwick Airport South

Pay Rate: £12.63 per hour, regardless of age
An additional  £1.50  for all hours worked between  midnight and 6am, taking your rate of pay to £14.13
We have full time  (37.5hrs)  roles available.

Shift Pattern: Day Shift -   6:30am to 3pm / Afternoon - 2:30pm to 11pm / Night Shift - 10:30pm to 7am
Candidates will need to be flexible to work all shift patterns.

Due to some responsibilities within the Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A TEAM LEADER YOU’LL:

Have at least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or a retail role Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries Coordinate team efforts. You'll oversee the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements and simplifying operations. Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions, ensuring the team's success and delivering excellence in customer service.
