Moray Community Nursing: Health Care Support Worker (HCSW). Band 3 Permanent. 32.6 hrs per week, worked over 3 shifts over 7 days between the hours of 8am - 8pm

Due to our team expanding we can now offer this exciting opportunity to join the Forres neighbourhood Care Team (FNCT) based at Forres Health and Care Centre. This post will form part of the restructured rapid response element of the broader community nursing team.

Applicants should be motivated and enthusiastic about delivering person centred care to individuals in their own homes with the aim of preventing hospital admissions and facilitating discharges. A full, current drivers licence and access to a car is essential.
