Exciting opportunity alert Moray Community Nursing is looking for passionate individuals to join the Forres neighbourhood Care Team (FNCT) situated at Forres Health and Care Centre. This role is part of the restructured rapid response component of the wider community nursing team.

Applicants should possess high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for providing personalized care to individuals in their own homes. The main goal is to prevent hospital admissions and assist in smooth discharges.


Requirement: A valid driver's license and access to a car are mandatory for this role.
