Senior Commercial Planning Manager - Flavours & Seasonings

Based: St Albans / Hybrid
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Planning Manager - Flavourings and Seasonings to join our team where you'll be instrumental in driving the business forward. You will be working with a team of individuals focused on a single category across all sales channels and formats. Your remit is to partner with Customer Directors, relevant Account Managers, Marketing teams, and the broader supply chain to achieve our business objectives.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter with strong priority-setting capability and who is a confident decision-maker. For this role, we're really keen to bring in someone who is highly analytical and able to articulate complexity with simplicity. Strong leadership and influencing skills are a must, as well as the ability to lead across multiple stakeholders at a senior level. This role would really suit somebody who is a strategic thinker with astute commercial awareness. Being a confident communicator at all levels is essential. Resilience is also key in this role.

The Key Requirements...
Responsible for translating brand & category strategies into plans to deliver budgeted sales, profit and NPD targets Develop, agree, drive execution of promotional strategy and guidelines across all brands / channels within the category. Improve promotional return on investment for brands category Analyse and review business forecast & key issues in business planning process influencing Customer and Sales Directors to drive outperformance. Design of pack, price & promotional architecture specific to channel and format Accountable for the commercialisation of NPD including pricing, promotional support and ensuring execution through the sales team achieving objectivesYou're not the type to shy away from challenges, and you are not interested in roles that don't push you. The role isn't for someone who prefers to stay within their comfort zone - you are looking to be constantly challenged and motivated. You don't want a role that limits your potential for growth.
