We have an immediate opening for a Research Officer to join the Transfer Pricing team in London.

Responsibilities

The Valuation and Transfer Pricing team works on economic and financial modelling as well as valuations, in the context of pricing related party transactions taking place within multinational corporations or joint ventures. Selected candidate(s) will work primarily within the Valuation and Transfer Pricing team of the London office that has a strong focus on financial services and corporate finance, but can work from time to time for other practices within NERA. Given the size of team and its functioning, new joiners are immediately integrated within the team and join projects from the start. You will have the opportunity to:

Develop detailed industry analyses on how markets work in which our clients operate Build financial and economic models to test or derive pricing of products, services or assets, including credit models Conduct quantitative, statistical and comparative asset and business valuation Contribute to the preparation of expert and other reports.


You will need

Candidates must hold a Masters from a top tier university, in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with exceptional analytical skills and strong academic records.  Knowledge of both economic and financial analytics and valuations Knowledge of financial services or corporate finance is desirable Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and be able to think analytically and critically Possess excellent technical, oral and written communication skills. Business fluency in English and French is essential and a good understanding of other European languages would be an advantage.
