Part of the Tech & Services division, the Services Governance department is a dynamic group made up of specialised teams and subject matter experts, including Service Architecture, Commercial, Continual Service Improvement, Data & Reporting, and Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Do you have a passion for supporting and managing?

You will primarily be responsible for managing a team that is focused on business intelligence and operational reporting, including KPI & SLA reporting, trend analysis across Tech & Services, customer reporting and our service portfolio.

 

As Services Data - Reporting Manager, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Managing and developing the Services - Data & Reporting team, fostering a collaborative & innovative team culture that values knowledge sharing
  • Creating, managing and owning a data and reporting framework across Tech & Services, ensuring it is implemented in line with IT guidance
  • Collaborating with our IT teams to develop our tools and technical capabilities, being a key stakeholder representing the Tech and Services teams
  • Providing insights into key business decisions using reporting and data analysis, visualisations and data storytelling
  • Working with our Customer Experience team to deliver and improve our reporting capabilities for customers
  • Managing reports to support operations, audit, compliance, and service portfolio activities. Including resolving any issues that are identified

 

We'd love you to have 

  • Experience leading and managing teams, enabling and aiding others in their development of skills, strong organisational skills, leading effective meetings, and collaboration activities.
  • Experience and technical understanding of the following:
    • ServiceNow
    • Power Platforms
    • Reporting creation in PowerBI
  • A good understanding of the principles of data management and governance
  • Experience of data modelling, creating visualisations and data story telling
  • Experience of prioritising initiatives based on their alignment with business objectives and value to the business
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude, and a continual improvement mindset
  • Hold or be eligible to gain SC clearance.
