Be experienced in caseload management, with a clear focus on outcomes for customers and their wider community. Have experience of completing risk assessments and carrying out robust safety planning. Be able to record concise, accurate case notes and support paperwork. Understand the effects of domestic abuse related trauma, appropriate responses, and professional boundaries. Be able to demonstrate partnership working with specialist agencies such as mental health teams, offending services, and other relevant services. Have exceptional communication skills. Able to work under pressure, using own initiative.

**Female applicants only under an exemption from the Equality Act 2010 - Section 9 - Part 1 (A) as a genuine occupational requirement**

Due to the nature of the role, you will be flexible in your approach, working hours on a five day rota, which may include bank holidays as well as evenings and weekends when required. There is also an on call rota. A UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
