Job Advert Role Description
Newcombe Lodge provides a unique package of care and support 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, for some of the most vulnerable Children and Young People age 13 - 18 in our care system.
Our aim here at Newcombe Lodge is to ensure that the Children and Young People we invest in have the best residential experience in a homely environment. Care here is individually tailored and we aim to make the experience as positive and beneficial as possible. We work hard to meet individual needs and truly invest in our Children and Young People’s future.
This is a full time permanent role for a dynamic experienced individual to join and manage an established waking night team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual who is looking for a rewarding career working with Children and Young people.
You will be responsible for the supervision of Children and Young people who display a range of emotional, behavioural, psychological and other mental health problems.
To demonstrate an ability to operate as a member of a team.
To manage shifts and allocate tasks to the team.
To take responsibility for managing a 6 week rolling waking night rota
To ensure that you understand and are able to implement all requirements of Priory Newcombe Lodges Policies and Procedures
