Job Description

As Shift Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining ISS Integrated Solutions' leading edge status within the industry and further enhancing our reputation with the customer.

Health and safety adherence is paramount in your role, and you will ensure strict compliance at all times. Being responsive, cooperative, and consistently meeting the tasks set forth are essential aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems Adhere to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Critical Engineering Manager Produce list costs of material required for any minor works required Coordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management Undertake follow up actions required to resolve situational circumstances for which you have been authorised to undertake

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in a similar banking environment with multi-site locations Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent 17th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognised equivalent Electrical Apprenticeship – gained within the building maintenance industry Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules Experienced in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing and inspection
