We seek a highly motivated and enthusiasticBroker to join our growing team.. The Broker will be critical indriving our business growth by servicing our client base in the UKand European markets. This is not a proprietary (speculative)trading role and is primarily salesfocused with a significantaccount management element. The broker will do some trading tohedge risk.

Rolesand Responsibilities

Execute OTCtrades on behalf of our clients.

Source newclients and develop existing relationships.

Adhere to all necessary regulatory compliance and businessstandards.

Manage our trading accounts onpopular OTC trading platforms.

Providehighquality customer service to clients.

Assistin the resolution of daytoday client queries.

Work closely with your manager to achieve prioritized businessgoals.

Establish strong working relationshipsacross the business with other departments.

Workcollaboratively or independently when required.

Manage various tradingrelated risks (market risk executionrisk).

Maintain accurate recordkeeping.

Requirementsand Qualifications

Excellentwritten and spoken English.

Significant passionfor Bitcoin and other crypto assets.

Legallyable to work in the UK.

Ability to locate andtrain from our Gibraltar office (first 4 weeksminimum).

Great interpersonal and communicationskills.

Affinity with newtechnologies.

Excellent attention todetail.

Ability to work using your owninitiative and adapt to changing circumstances.

Ability to prioritise own workload andmultitask.

DesirableSkills and Experience

Bilingual(seeking: French Spanish or German)

Priorexperience with cryptocurrencies personal orprofessional.

Professional experience working ina regulated sector (Brokerage Gaming Banking MSB PSP FX Complianceetc).
