An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Social Housing provider in Cornwall, offering home working and an excellent benefits package.

The position as a Planner is on a full-time, permanent basis within a small team in the Property Services department. This position would primarily involve working to organise the diaries of colleagues within the trades and surveying sectors to ensure that works are planned efficiently.

Further responsibilities would include:
  • To plan the scheduling of planned and emergency works
  • Scheduling work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointments are travel-efficient
  • To liaise with customers to ensure they are kept updated and informed of any visits

The ideal person would have experience in planning works previously, which doesn’t have to be within the property sector. They must have excellent IT skills, be happy to answer the phone and have excellent organisational abilities.

After training has been completed, this position can be carried out 4 days a week from home.
