Are you looking for a role whereby you can shape and influence the development of the Home ownership team who provide a high standard of service to our customers at Longhurst Group?

In this role you will lead 4 colleagues who administer and manage up to 5000 leasehold and Home Ownership properties to provide a customer focused service to enable them to successfully support our customers. As we grow our business you will be able to help influence the technology we use and how we automate and embed this to further develop our customer offering.

This is a key role and to be successful you will need to be able to coach and develop your team as well as offer guidance to them.

Each day is different, the variety in your work will include, supporting the team, collaborating with the Senior Services Manager on leasehold policy and performance (including legislation, regulation, and best practice).This opportunity will enable you to have scope to enhance your skill set as a Home Ownership Manager within housing.

As our Manager a current knowledge of leasehold legislation is imperative and necessary, and you will use this expertise to help develop and implement customer excellence standards and future Group strategies.

You will be required to continue improving the lives of our customers at Longhurst Group through effectively monitoring the recovery of rent and service charge arrears to maximise income recovery.

This role is offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week hybrid basis. To us, hybrid requires a minimum of one day per week in either our Peterborough, Rushden, or Boston office to support your colleagues or customers.

This role currently attracts a non-contractual car allowance according to our Driving at Work Policy. This is currently set at £2,600 per annum, however eligibility for the allowance and the rate of the allowance is reviewed annually and any changes will be notified to you.
