: We are currently seeking an experienced Lube Technician to join our team at the Peterhead Depot. The Lube Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance and lubrication of our buses, contributing to their overall performance, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lubrication and maintenance tasks on buses according to established procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or potential issues that may affect performance or safety.

Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts usage, services performed, and vehicle condition.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance issues and ensure fleet readiness.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is required.

Strong knowledge of lubrication techniques, tools, and equipment.

Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
