Requirements

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently schedule and book work for clients, managing field staff diaries
  • Ensure all necessary information is provided for each job
  • Coordinate the use of subcontractors as needed and raise purchase orders
  • Monitor planning KPIs and the revenue tracker
  • Maintain accurate records of all information related to jobs
  • Order parts required for each assignment
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar planning or logistics role
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A commercially driven mindset for effective decision-making
  • A proactive approach in line with our company values of Respect, Accountability, Reliability, and Integrity
