We're eagerly looking forward to extending a warm welcome to you as part of the S&L family As a new Bar Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training sessions in all things ‘Slug & Lettuce’. You will be accredited and will be promoted to the role of Slug & Lettuce Bartender, where you will receive an additional increase to your hourly rate Furthermore, as an accredited Slug & Lettuce Bartender, you could elevate your skills further and become a Slug & Lettuce ‘Bar Star’, one of our in-house trainers. The path to becoming a ‘Bar Star’, entails mastering all aspects of a Bartender's role to be the best of the best Which in turn will lead to further accreditation and additional increase to your hourly rate. You will attend a workshop, followed by accreditation and bestowed with the 'Bar Star' Title Slug & Lettuce, Coventry is set beautifully opposite the Cathedral ruins and has been designed and decorated with plush neon lighting and floral seating. With a fantastic outside bar and beautiful beer garden. Set over two floors with a mix of contemporary and traditional features, the bar and restaurant is an ideal place to enjoy food and drinks in a bespoke setting. Serving up a variety of delicious pub grub, the food offering at Slug and Lettuce has something for everyone. We serve small plates, burgers wraps and sandwiches and the drinks menu is equally as tasty and fruitful with a mixture of cocktails, beers, IPAs, international wines and spirits.
