LOCATION: Site Based Mon-Fri - Newport, South Wales

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicants to be UK Nationals Only (No Dual Nationals) and able to be security cleared to a UK Eyes Only SC level

Reporting directly to the Cyber Configuration Manager and taking guidance from the Security Registrar, you will be responsible for providing an administration service in support of Configuration Management tasks to the business.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

  • Register and receipt in a central database all classified data and media received into the business
  • Provide packaged and labelled CD’s / DVD’s to the correct branding standard for inclusion in product deliveries
  • Ensure all documentation and media is correctly classified for its means of delivery
  • Ensure all physical media used i.e. CD’s / DVD’s / USB’s SD Cards have been virus checked using the company provided facilities

ABOUT YOU

  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, able to converse at all levels and promote good relationships with internal customers, external organisations whilst encouraging a positive security culture
  • Experience in a similar role within a defence company environment would be desirable
