Job Overview:
The Enterprise Technical Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our organization. As part of our team, you will work closely with IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks. Key responsibilities include managing users and computers in an enterprise network, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing support for multi-media systems and COI network operations.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems and hardware administration. Your expertise in configuration and change management, life cycle support, and workstation and server hardware installation and maintenance is essential to this role. Additionally, you should have knowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage users and computers in an enterprise network.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management.
  • Support multi-media systems and COI network operations.


Benefits:
