Liberte Healthcare are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home to support children and young people who experience social and emotional challenges and those at risk of CSE.

The services are based in Chester.

This is a very rewarding role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people.

Responsibilties for the role:

- Complete staffing rotas, ensuring they meet requirements of the children`s

needs and are in line with allocated staffing ratio’s.

- Support the team to ensure that the high standards expected in the delivery of

care are upheld, and that the standing of the Company is maintained. `

- Ensure the home is clean, tidy and well maintained, reporting any issues to

senior management.

- Have oversight of the maintenance of the home and ensure the team maintain

high standards of cleanliness.

- Have oversight of cleaning rota and handover to ensure that tasks are being

completed on a daily basis.

- Support the team to deliver high quality care and ensure this is monitored

throughout the day.

Requirements for role:

- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people

- Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to complete a DBS check

- Level 3 certificate

- Must be willing to complete our training or hold relevant, in date care certificates

-Must have a valid Drivers Licence.
