Role: Case Admin
Location: 63 Commercial Road, Parkstone, Poole, BH14 0JB
Contract: Temporary on-going assignment (6 months with potential extension)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Your Role:
As a Case Admin, you'll be the backbone of our admin team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve:

  • Database Management: Keep accurate offender and victim information up-to-date.
  • Effective Communication: Manage referrals and maintain vital relationships with external agencies.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain case files and management information.
  • Reception and Enquiries: Provide top-notch customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism.
  • Support Services: Arrange appointments, handle petty cash, and support with meetings and documentation.

Requirements:

  • All offers are subject to a basic DBS check, 3 years referencing, and HMPPS Vetting.
