- Fair pay rates expected OTE year one £60,000 based on average pay across our associates with uncapped bonuses.
- Shifts no longer than 4 - 6 hours. This will include a mixture of days with early and late starts over 32.5 hrs per week in practice + 3 hours training, 1 hr admin, 1 hr coaching/mentoring through 1 on 1 s each week.

**What We Will Provide For You: A comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package of £43,000 - £96,000 per annum**:
**Salary***:

- Associate will receive a guaranteed base salary, which will be discussed at your interview based on experience and skill set.
