You will be an integral member of the team, the role will support coach development in the talent and senior game, specifically supporting coaches working within Emerging Talent Centres (ETC), Professional Game Academies (PGA) and FA Women's National League (FA WNL)

Please note, although the role is advertised as a home-based position, the successful candidate must be able to commute across the London region.

What You'll Do? To drive coach development within the women's talent and senior game, working with clubs across the talent pathway and FA Women's National League. To provide regional, in-situ support to coaches within designated clubs within the women's talent domain. Increase both the number of qualified female coaches and coaches from ethnically diverse backgrounds across the female game. Work strategically and collaboratively with the FA and clubs to deploy the FA's new ‘coach development framework' which will underpin all coach development initiatives in support of the women's and girls' game. Leading the design and delivery of key projects to ensure an effective development experience for coaches, ensuring alignment to FA Education coach development principles. To support the delivery of FA education courses for coaches working in the women's game. Develop mutually beneficial links inside and outside of football to ensure coaching content remains contemporary and relevant to the demands of the women's game. To track and analyse delivery and share good practices across the FA Women's High Performance Football Centres. To support and deliver national CPD initiatives as part of the FA coach development team. Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group's changing priorities. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance. What You'll Need?

Essentially for the role:

UEFA B Knowledge and understanding of Football and coach development. A modern, progressive approach to coaching and learning. Experience working within the women's and girl's game. Experience of supporting and developing coaches. Experience leading and delivering projects. Experience in facilitating individual, small and large coach development group sessions effectively. ​​Experience in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships. ​​Ability to influence and persuade individuals and groups internally and externally with clear, well-researched views consistent with FA strategy on player development, coaching and leadership. Self-driven, able to work alone and collaboratively as part of an experienced team. Strong interpersonal skills. Extensive experience with Excel. Advanced Reporting Writing skills. Advanced Microsoft Office.

Beneficial to also have:

UEFA A. Knowledge of the London Region Understanding of how the Women's & Girls Football Pathway operates in the London Region. Knowledge of current issues in the London Region that impact the development of our coaches and players. Previous or current FA coach educator/coach developer.
