Reception Supervisor - Colchester

We are currently looking for an engaging, enthusiastic and service-orientated Reception Supervisor to join our team This is an important role at the forefront of our club where you will work alongside the Member Services Manager to lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence to all of our members from the moment they enter the building.   As our Reception Supervisor, you will have a broad role overseeing various important duties that ensure DLL ways of working are adhered to at all times. It will be your responsibility to produce effective rotas for the reception team, aimed at delivering the right number of receptionists to deliver exceptional member service. You will deal with all enquiries in a fast and effective manner whilst acting as an ambassador for the club at all times. You will support Senior Managers in the club open and close procedures and carrying out duty management shifts as required and be the responsible person for the safe evacuation of the reception area in emergencies.    Our Reception Supervisors are passionate, professional and extremely member focused in order to deliver an exceptional experience to all of our customers, therefore we are looking for the best talent in the market.
