The role is for 24 hours p/week, however there is the flexibility to increase your hours by working as a nurse in one of our other local practices. This role includes:

As an Oral Health Educator, your role will include:

Improving access to dental care and the delivery of evidence-based prevention Working with the clinicians and practice team to ensure patients receive excellent care in line with Flexible Commissioning guidelines and {my}dentist values Managing your own diary of patients, meetings and other activities such as visiting local schools to educate children on oral health Working with Local Authorities and Community Dental Services

What experience do you need?

We’re looking for a GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse with 2 years’ experience post advanced qualifications, ideally within Oral Health but this is not a must as this training can be provided.
