Virgin Media O2 has embarked on a major, once in a generation network infrastructure investment to deliver ultrafast broadband and services across its existing network footprint and customer base. In a nutshell, the Fibre Upgrade Programme is all about delivering the network technology to make this a reality.

This role requires an experienced Senior Project Support Officer to cover the full spectrum of PSO duties, with strong stakeholder engagement and programme management understanding working closely with Leadership & Delivery teams to challenge and make recommendations.

This role requires someone who has experience of working in a fast-paced environment, strong experience on all project control methodologies and disciplines including Governance, Compliance, Change Control and RAID management to ensure the correct Governance framework & processes are established and followed.

The must haves Demonstrable experience working within a structured project management framework with an understanding of the standards, tools, processes, systems and frameworks for successful governance Significant experience of creating and implementing strong Change & RAID methodologies & governance Significant experience with producing high quality PowerPoint presentation reports for the Programme & Senior Leadership Evidence the identification and monitoring of risks, issues and linkages within strands of work, taking the appropriate action to address these effectively The other stuff we are looking for
