We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support with the running of the Sky Bar & Restaurant. This role will require full flexibility to work Monday to Sunday in line with business needs and report directly to the F&B Manager.
Key competencies and duties include:
- Ensure the efficient and courteous service of food and beverage offerings, ensuring compliance with company standards, food health & hygiene procedures, legislation and licensing laws at all times.
- To manage and develop the team members effectively, providing clear direction, setting high standards and expectations whilst encouraging a customer focused attitude at all times.
- To promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities when and where possible.
- To install and maintain service standard with all members of the team.
- Purchase/order departmental supplies, carry out monthly stock takes and action any discrepancies in line with company standards
- Carry out any other duties as may be required.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a team leader/supervisor position is advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a Restaurant operation
- Proven experience leading a team
- Professional, positive, “can do” attitude
