Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and uphold food safety protocols
- Monitor food preparation and production to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update menu items
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and make adjustments as necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in a management role
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
