About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the life of a young gentleman, helping to shape his person-centred plan and meet his support needs. Our team is committed to continuous learning and providing the best support possible. We're seeking positive, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to join us in enhancing this gentleman's active lifestyle. He enjoys swimming, going to the gym, playing on his Xbox, and cheering for Chelsea FC

What We're Looking For:

While experience with autism, learning disabilities, and managing behaviours of distress is beneficial, we value a range of skills and experiences. Ideal candidates will:

Develop motivational and enabling skills, helping supported individuals set and achieve goals. Work effectively with individuals requiring additional support due to behaviors of distress. Communicate clearly and adaptively to ensure understanding. Be flexible and responsive to changing needs and workloads. Maintain an open-minded, adaptable attitude. Manage behaviors of distress with a range of de-escalation techniques.
