Join the Priory Group team today The Priory Group are currently looking to grow their already established and dedicated team of Night Support Workers at Combs Court in Stowmarket, part of Priory Adult Care.

**Summary**:
Support workers help the residents of Combs Court with their day-to-day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. The Combs Court residence supports up to 29 adult males and females, as a Night Support Worker you will support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome or mental health conditions. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support for the residents.

**Pay**: £12.60 per hour

**Shift**: 8pm to 8:30am (please note that this is a night shift position, working 37.5 hours per week, one weekend on and one off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Support Worker you will ensure that the service user has all personal needs or requirements met; including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks.
- You will support the service user in achieving their outcomes in the way that they choose.
- Complete daily administration including updating person-centered support & care plans, updating charts, and completing accurate daily notes.
- Maintains professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people who use Priory Groups service, their families, colleagues, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- Undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensuring that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed.
- As a Support Worker, you should have a flexible and innovative approach to your work and be able to facilitate and support service users in decision-making, promoting choice and involvement at all times.
- You will promote a positive safeguarding and learning culture, where there is openness, honesty, and transparency.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Be reliable, friendly, and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
- Be able to support in-house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more
- Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge

Pay: £12.60 per hour
