The Quality Manager ensures development and proper application & deployment of quality activities and internal/external quality standards within the plant, working closely with relevant stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support operations.

How you’ll contribute to the mix:

Management of the day to day running of the Quality teamMaintain, audit and help develop the quality management systemSupport operational teams to drive quality improvementsLiaise with Purchasing to maintain supplier approval & monitoring systemMaintain packaging and raw material specificationsHACCP team leaderManage raw material / packaging delivery testing / paper work / sample storing.Organise hygiene audits with the aim of helping the factory improve standards.Internal legislation enquiriesCustomer care complaint handling and investigationPest controlDeputise for Head of Quality ManagementWork with NPD team to ensure new products or recipe changes meet regulatory standardsEnsure documentation is completed in line with company policyAt all times work in a safe and hygienic manner, following relevant procedures and taking due care and attention to the safety of themselves and those around them
