Hourly Rate : £15 plus quarterly bonus
Hours: Full-time Days
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our client's team in their residential elderly care home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing quality care for elderly residents, including those with dementia.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or above
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a residential care setting
- Strong understanding of the needs of elderly residents, including those with dementia
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
