The Vendor PerformanceManager is responsible for overseeing the daytoday vendorrelationship for a service provider across multiple business teamsincluding vendor performance needs assessment spend optimizationrisk management and alignment to department goals. A key portion ofthis role is to align performance and engagement of internal teamswho are leveraging the vendor to ensure optimal delivery addressoutsourced service needs and forecast future needs. Works alongleadership to oversee the lifecycle activities for existingcontracts. Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contractswith the Legal department and leadership. Strong relationshipmanagement and the ability to influence internally and externallyare key success factors in this role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides dayto day ownership of Master Service Contract (MSA) with outsourcingpartners has responsibility for oversight and partners in thenegotiation with leadership and Legal on Scope of Work (SOW) foroutsourcing is responsible for ensuring outsourcing partners are incompliance with MSA SOW SOX and all internal controls.

Develops recommends and/or implementsstrategic initiatives associated with improving practices; managesestablishment and development of policies; establishes schedulescollaborates with inter and intradepartmental stakeholders oncontent and processes to support overall company P&L andmetrics.

Build and maintain relationshipswith vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery /reliability.

Lead and serve ascommunications point and escalation path to resolve vendor delivery/ reliability issues.

Manages Accountabilityand Performance Management:

Creation& calculation and ongoing review of scorecards metrics andoperational goals tracking performance of current outsourcingpartners within Finance and future partners

Monitors progress and results; gives feedback effectivelyto vendor; has tough conversations when appropriate.

Schedule and conduct vendor evaluations /business reviews for compliance effectiveness and performance andidentify areas of improvement for cross functional teams.

Provide escalations to vendors for all pervasiveoperational issues. Determine vendor key performance indicators andtrends. Help determine ways to improve service reliability andreduce cost.

Partner with othergroups on a matrix basis particularly operational teams to delivercost reduction consistency on outsourcing reporting and roadmap forfuture outsourcing opportunities.

Education: Bachelors required preferred finance accountingengineering

Experience:

710 years: Telecommunications/WirelessIndustry experience in the areas of Engineering Finance or CarrierManagement desired or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Management team lead or otherequivalent leadership experience.
