Job summary

Hungerford Medical Centre are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly GP for four/five sessions per week, who has excellent communication skills and thrives on team work.

For the right applicant we will be offering:

BMA Model Contract Salary negotiable dependent on experience Potential to progress to Partnership Opportunities to attend Practice led training 15 minute appointments Regular staff social events Minimal document management Weekly clinical meetings Use of AccuRx triage system managed by GPA's/ANP's/Nurses which greatly minimizes GP workload and ensures GP time is uses appropriately

Main duties of the job

We would welcome applications from experienced, friendly, proactive GP's with excellent communication skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and also be an integral part of the whole team.

The main duties would cover the following:

Face to Face and telephone consultations Home Visits Referrals when required Signing prescriptions Review, file and action of test results Review/action hospital and clinic letters

About us

At Hungerford Medical Centre we have over 10,000 patients located in our progressive town practice in Crewe. We are a partnership of 4 GP's supported by 3 salaried GP's, ANP's, Nurses, GPA's, Pharmacists, Care Navigators, Physiotherapists and a Social Prescriber.

We have been rated Good overall following CQC inspection
